The easy admission process for ART COLOGNE in three steps
1. You buy a ticket or redeem your ticket code
- Use the Koelnmesse account with all its advantages by registering anew or by logging in using your existing log-in data. Alternatively, you can also order as a guest.
- You can purchase your ticket or redeem your ticket code in the ticket shop.
2. Receive your ticket
- You receive your ticket as a PDF or wallet pass together with your order confirmation.
- Please either print out your ticket in A4 format or download the PDFs or wallet pass to your mobile device.
3. Arrive at ART COLOGNE
- You will be able to gain access to the fair grounds with your ticket, either printed out or in digital form.

Children
Children up to 12 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by their parents and do not require a ticket upon entry.
Children between the ages of 13-16 will receive an accompanying ticket at a reduced price at the "Ticket Service Counter" at the South Entrance. Advance registration in the ticket shop is not required.
From the age of 17, the purchase of the ticket in the ticket shop is required after personalised registration.
Accompanying pets
It is prohibited to bring dogs and other pets to our fair grounds.
Travel ticket
You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate e-mail. To use public transport, print out the PDF file in A4 format or download the PDF file to your mobile device.
The travel ticket (2nd class) is valid for public transport operated by the Rhein Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) .
Exempted are trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG subject to a supplement, e.g. the IC/EC or ICE.
The ticket only entitles the holder to travel to and from Koelnmesse GmbH during the specified trade fair period. It is not transferable to other persons and is only valid in conjunction with a valid photo ID and the admission ticket to the specified Koelnmesse GmbH event.
