How to buy tickets

Buy your admission ticket now from the Ticket Shop. Your receipt will be sent to you by post.

Once you have completed your order, your admission ticket will be available for you immediately in the form of an e-ticket. Just click on the link, print out the e-ticket (in the original size in black-and-white) und bring it with you to the trade fair. This saves you time at the box office and at registration.

Please note that the e-ticket is personalized and non-transferable. It is only valid in conjunction with a valid photo ID. The terms and conditions regarding returns/exchanges as specified in Item 7 of our General Terms and Conditions apply to any return and/or exchange of such an e-ticket.

Methods of payment
You can pay by credit card in the Ticket Shop. Customers from Germany can also pay using the direct debit process.

Redeeming vouchers
First register at the Ticket Shop. In the column on the left-hand side, you will find the function “Redeem voucher”. Enter the code printed on the voucher in the corresponding field.
Please note that vouchers are always assigned to a certain type of admission ticket, e.g. voucher for day ticket (see note on the voucher).

Additional advantages

Your ticket entitles you to use all public transport systems within the Rhein-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS) free of charge (only in conjunction with your personal ID).

Advance sales prices
The advance sale price only applies to Ticket Shop orders received on or before 00.00.0000. Orders can be placed at the Ticket Shop on or before 00.00.0000. Once the trade fair starts, the box office prices also apply to the Ticket Shop.

Catalogue
A collection voucher will be supplied for catalogue orders placed at the Ticket Shop. This voucher can be exchanged for your catalogue at the trade fair box office.

Visa
If you are travelling to our fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Germany you will need an official letter from Koelnmesse. In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various details.
Please complete all of the points listed in the form designated for this purpose. We will then send you the official letter by fax and will also forward a copy to the nearest German consulate in your country.
Would you please inquire about the entry requirements applying to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event. Would you also please carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Koelnmesse will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa or do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.

System prerequisites
The Ticket Shop has been optimized for use with Internet Explorer (Version 5.0 or later) and Firefox (Version 3.x or later).
